🇭🇺 Karácsonyi készülődés – műhelynapló a szünetből
Az év vége nálam most nem az íróasztalnál telt, hanem mozgásban és együtt töltött időben.
Karácsonyig le kellett zárni a 2025-re megfogadott 2025 kilométeres gyaloglást, így az elmúlt hetekben sok idő ment el úton levéssel. Ezek a séták mindig segítenek abban, hogy fejben a helyére kerüljenek a dolgok akkor is, ha nincs idő leülni írni. A Moldova–Transznisztria anyagok nagy része is így állt össze – most még inkább gondolatban, mint dokumentumban.
Az ünnepek alatt pedig a fiam karácsonyra kapott LEGO-készleteit építettük. Közös építés, szétszedés, újraépítés. Furcsa módon ez nagyon hasonlít arra, ahogyan az Absurd Empire is készül:
darabokból, türelemmel, néha visszalépve, hogy utána stabilabb legyen.
Most ez egy kicsit lassabb időszak, kevesebb publikált cikkel, de a háttérben nem állt meg semmi. Januárban innen megyünk tovább: lezárások, fordítások, és végre egyben látni az első nagy témaköröket.

🇬🇧 Christmas break – a short workshop note
The end of the year didn’t happen at my desk this time, but in motion and shared moments.
By Christmas, I had to finish the personal goal of walking 2025 kilometers in 2025, which meant a lot of time spent on the road over the past weeks. Walking is where things usually fall into place for me, even when there’s no time to sit down and write. Much of the Moldova–Transnistria material came together this way — more clearly in my head than on the screen for now.
During the holidays, we also spent time building the LEGO sets my son received for Christmas. Building, taking things apart, and rebuilding them again. In a strange way, this mirrors how Absurd Empire itself is made:
piece by piece, patiently, sometimes stepping back so the structure can become stronger.
This is a slightly slower period in terms of published content, but nothing has stopped behind the scenes. January is where we move forward again: closing chapters, translations, and finally seeing the first major themes as complete wholes.
